Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

Please double check your order before placing it to ensure correct, shipping address, size, color, quantities, etc.

Damages, incorrect items and/or other issues

We inspect all items we send out, however, sometimes it is possible to receive a damaged item. If you think you have a damaged or defective item, please contact us at specialprojects@saginawyouthassociation.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

We are human, errors are possible, and mistakes do happen. If we send you incorrect items, please contact us at specialprojects@saginawyouthassociation.com so we can correct your order as quickly as possible. If an item is no longer available, we will issue you store credit or a refund.

Shipping Policy

All non-custom orders are processed within 7 business days. Custom orders are processed within 7-14 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages

Saginaw Youth Association is not liable for any products damaged or lost during/due to shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods until filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform specialprojects@saginawyouthassociation.com that you didn't receive your order. Once you've informed us there's a problem, please allow 3 business days to provide a delivery update or offer a replacement.
