SYA 2nd Annual BBQ Cook-Off – Car Show Registration

Car show registration is now open for the SYA 2nd Annual BBQ Cook-Off, a community-wide event featuring live BBQ competition, vendors, food trucks, and family-friendly entertainment.

Participants are invited to showcase their vehicles and compete in the following categories:

🚙 Off-Road Vehicle
🚗 Classic Car
🏁 Modified Vehicle
🏍 Motorcycle

⚠️ Please be sure to select the correct Car Show category prior to checkout.

Required Information at Checkout:

• Selected car show category

• Vehicle make, model, and year

• Vehicle owner name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Arrival time

Event Notes:

• Car show check-in and staging will be directed by event staff

• Load-in options begin Sat at 10 AM

• Vehicles must remain in designated areas during the event

• Participants are responsible for their own vehicle setup and display items

⚠️ WAIVER & SYA REFUND POLICY

Electronic Liability Waiver Agreement:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in SYA events, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I agree to release and hold harmless Saginaw Youth Association, its officers, members, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation.

I understand that vehicle inspections conducted by officials are for eligibility and placement purposes only and do not guarantee safety or mechanical condition.

This agreement is binding and remains in effect by completing registration in lieu of a physical signature.

  Refund Policy

  • Full refund if the event is canceled by SYA

  • If the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather, registration will carry over

  • If a vendor cancels five (5) or more days prior to the event (including weekends), a 50% refund will be issued

  • Vendor cancellations within five (5) days of the event will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to SYA

  • A tax donation letter is available upon request
