Join us for a night of festive fun and community spirit at Saginaw Youth Association’s Winter Wonderland! This is your chance to share your delicious creations with families attending one of Saginaw’s most anticipated holiday events!

📅 Event Date: Saturday, December 13th

🕔 Event Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

📍 Location: 6250 Windy Ryon Way, Saginaw, TX 76179

Food Truck Details:

💰 Fee: $75 per food truck

🕓 Set-Up Time: Trucks may begin setting up 2 hours before the event starts

⚡ Important Notes:

• ❌ No electricity will be provided — please plan accordingly.
• 🔊 Music played at your booth must be family-friendly and kept at a reasonable volume so it does not interfere with SYA entertainment or announcements.

🎁 All proceeds benefit the Saginaw Youth Association (501(c)(3)) and support our youth programs and upcoming Fall Season!

Electronic Release of Liability Waiver:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Saginaw Youth Association events, I hereby certify that I am aware of and agree with the responsibility legally transferred to me with regard to my personal decision to participate in SYA activities. Any damage resulting from is solely my liability. I voluntarily participate in club activities with the full knowledge of the possible dangers involved and I am solely responsible for any person occupying my vehicle.

My assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians and/or legal representatives will not make claim against, sue or attach the property of SYA  or any of its officers or any members or any person or club Involved in this or any other event for injury or damage resulting from negligence or any other acts, however caused, from all actions, claims or demands that I may have as a result from my participation in any club activity. I agree that the organizers or sponsors of any club event are providing me with the facilities and means for my participation in such club events and in no way do they supersede my own responsibility.

It is my understanding that each participant is in full and complete charge and control of their vehicle and is responsible for all decisions made concerning all things or persons in our connected with said vehicle on or off the established roads or highways. Officials of said association events may supply information, guidance, or data, but I understand that I act or rely on all such information at my own peril, and said officials assume no responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of such information.

I agree that association directors and officers and run leaders may inspect any vehicle participating in club events, but that such inspection is only for the purpose of determining whether the vehicle complies with all rules a eligibility of said event. The approval of the vehicle by said officials does not constitute a representation or warranty of any kind of character whatsoever concerning the mechanical condition of the vehicle, or whether it is trail worthy.

This agreement shall be considered valid and remain in force until superseded by a future agreement or the original, by purchasing and registering you are agreeing in leu of your signature.

I have carefully read this, and I am aware that this is a release of liability and agreeing to everything of my own free will.

No refunds or exchanges.
