Your registration helps support SYA players and scholarships, as well as improvements to our scoreboard for the upcoming season.

Electronic Liability Waiver Agreement:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Saginaw Youth Association events, I hereby certify that I am aware of and agree with the responsibility legally transferred to me with regard to my personal decision to participate in association activities. Any damage resulting there from is solely my liability. I voluntarily participate in SYA activities with the full knowledge of the possible dangers involved and I am solely responsible for any person occupying my vehicle.

My assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians and/or legal representatives will not make claim against, sue or attach the property of the Saginaw Youth Association or any of its officers or any members or any person or club Involved in this or any other event for injury or damage resulting from negligence or any other acts, however caused, from all actions, claims or demands that I may have as a result from my participation in any association activity. I agree that the organizers or sponsors of any association event are providing me with the facilities and means for my participation in such club events and in no way do they supersede my own responsibility. 

I agree that club officers and run leaders may inspect any vehicle participating in association events, but that such inspection is only for the purpose of determining whether the vehicle complies with all rules a eligibility of said event. The approval of the vehicle by said officials does not constitute a representation or warranty of any kind of character whatsoever concerning the mechanical condition of the vehicle, or whether or not it is trail worthy.

This agreement shall be considered valid and remain in force until superseded by a future agreement or the original, by purchasing and registering you are agreeing in leu of your signature.

I have carefully read this, and I am aware that this is a release of liability and agreeing to everything of my own free will.

Rain or Shine, the event will be held. No refunds or exchanges.
